Jason Douglas - Physiotherapist, Clinic Director PT, MSc.PT, IMS Certified
Jason graduated with his Bachelors of Physical Education in 2008 and his Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2011, from the University of Alberta. He worked for the Canadian Back Institute for one year, working with patients rehabilitating from spinal injuries, chronic pain and musculoskeletal sprains/strains. Jason has completed the Canadian Orthopedic Level II upper and lower quadrant training in manual therapy, as well as Level I Acupuncture and is certified in Functional Dry Needling for intramuscular stimulation (IMS).Currently, Jason specializes in the treatment of sporting injuries, rotator cuff rehabilitation, whiplash, post-surgical rehab, as well as tension headaches. Jason is also involved with high level athletics, working as the physical therapist for the Canadian National Professional Boxing welterweight champion (Steve Claggett), many of the Calgary Gymnastic Clubs Provincial and National level gymnasts, as well as mixed martial artists competitors and coaches from local gyms in Calgary.When not helping patients at our West Springs clinic, Jason enjoys snowboarding, squash, mountain biking and boxing.
Amy Stober - Physiotherapist PT, MScPT, BSc.
Amy recieved a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Strength and Conditioning from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri. While attending Lindenwood, Amy was able to pursue her life long passion of hockey and played with the Lindenwood Lions in the NCAA Divsion 1. Amy then moved on to receive her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta. Since graduating, Amy has recieved certification in Functional Dry Needling and completed level 2 certification of the CPA Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy, with plans of pursuing her level 3 certifications. Amy has also completed the Advanced Physical Therapy Cervico-thoraicic Certification Program from APTEI. Growing up in the small town of Hays, Alberta Amy spent much of her time playing any and all sports available. From this and her experience as a collegiate athlete, Amy has developed a passion and understanding of the importance of exercise and an active rehabilitation program. Exercise coupled with strong manual therapy and patient education is the philosophy in which she approaches all injuries with. In her free time, Amy enjoys playing hockey, skiing, hiking, ball, and spending time with family and friends
Kaylie Wilson - Physiotherapist MPT, BSc.Kin
Kaylie graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology in 2011 and her Master’s in Physical Therapy in 2013 from the University of Saskatchewan. Since graduating, Kaylie has gone on to pursue many post-graduate courses including her Level I and II dry needling from Kineticore, Levels I – III certifications from the CPA Diploma of Advanced Orthopaedic Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy courses, Mastering the Shoulder Levels I and II, and has become a Level 1 provider for concussion management through Shift Concussions. Kaylie is also currently working towards becoming a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy. Kaylie enjoys rehabilitating all types of injuries, but has taken a special interest in concussion management and cervicogenic headaches. In her spare time, Kaylie enjoys going for long runs with her very active dog, hiking/biking/camping and traveling with her husband.
Lee (Sawka) Macauley - Physiotherapist, Clinic Director at Calgary Police Service PT, BMR-PT, CAFCI, Certified GunnIMS Practitioner
Lee graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Bachelor of Physical Therapy degree in 2006. Lee previously worked as a physiotherapist with the Canadian Back Institute for five years before she worked in Montreal at International Headquarters with Cirque Du Soleil. Lee was a Research Clinician at the University of Calgary and has contributed to studies for Concussion Management in Hockey Players, Knee Osteoarthritis Prevention and Injury Prevention in Soccer Players. She currently is the clinic director at the Calgary Police Service (CPS) and works very closely with new police recruits as well as all members at CPS Headquarters.
It has always been important for Lee to remain educated in the latest information and techniques related to providing superior therapy. She is certified in acupuncture with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada and Gunn IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation). She is also certified in spinal and peripheral manipulation and completed her orthopaedic level 2 upper and lower quadrant training in manual therapy. She is continuing to expand her professional knowledge, with her primary focus on Pelvic Health. She has specific training and experience in Women’s Health for diastasis recovery and improving pelvic girdle pain during and after pregnancy. Lee has completed additional specialty training in incontinence, dyspareunia (painful intercourse), and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Lee is passionate about health promotion and the preventive measures people can take to maintain and improve their overall health and well-being.
Outside of the clinic, Lee is a busy mom of 2 and she enjoys spending time being active downhill and cross country mountain biking, golfing, snowboarding and hiking. She also enjoys photography and reading.
Jennifer Kelemen - Kinesiologist BSc. Exer Science
Jennifer was born and raised in Calgary. She graduated from the University of Lethbridge in 2014 with her Bachelor’s of Science, majoring in Exercise Science. Jennifer loves traveling around the world with friends and family. She also likes hiking, soccer, hockey and football as well as going on road trips. After taking time off for knee surgery in October, she joined Momentum Health in mid-February of 2015.
Rebecca Brady - Kinesiologist BKin
Rebecca recently completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, finishing up in April of 2018. Her degree provided her with various volunteer and practicum opportunities to expand her knowledge of rehabilitation and fitness, including placements at the University of Calgary Sports Medicine Centre, the University of Calgary Fitness and Rehabilitation program, and Calgary Youth Physiotherapy, giving her opportunities to learn about exercise prescription and rehabilitation for various populations. As a complement to her degree she also completed a minor in Adapted and Therapeutic Physical Activity, which allowed her to gain experience working with children and adults with various disabilities and conditions. Rebecca enjoys playing soccer, snowboarding, running, hiking, and mountain biking in her spare time.
Nicole Smith - Kinesiologist BKin.
Nicole grew up in North Vancouver and gained a passion for sports and fitness at a very young age. This led her to the University of Alberta, where she pursued a post-secondary education in the Faculty of Physical Education and Recreation and graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology. She had the opportunity throughout her degree to work in a private practice setting to gain more hands on experience and knowledge in the kinesiology field. She looks forward to gaining more practical experience and knowledge about manual therapy, modalities, and exercise techniques. In her free time, Nicole loves to travel and enjoys playing field hockey, golfing, snowboarding, and anything else that will get her outdoors.
Rachel Hawkins - Kinesiologist BA Human Kinetics
Rachel recently graduated with First Class Honours in Human Kinetics from St Francis Xavier University in April of 2019. During her time in Nova Scotia, she played on the X-Women’s Varsity Soccer Team, designed and implemented exercise and nutrition programs for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities, and volunteered in a physiotherapy clinic. After some post-university travelling, Rachel is excited to be back in her hometown joining the Momentum Health team. She is looking forward to gaining more hands-on experience while applying her skills in the field of Kinesiology. In her spare time, you can find Rachel coaching soccer, playing a variety of sports and hiking.
Dr. Kent Stuber - Chiropractor BSc, DC
Dr. Stuber was born and raised in Calgary. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular, Molecular & Microbial Biology from the University of Calgary before moving to Toronto where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with Clinic Honours from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2002. He graduated with a Master's of Science degree in Health and Social Care Research from the University of Sheffield in January of 2008, graduating with Distinction. Dr. Stuber’s post graduate education courses have included Graston Technique®, Active Release Techniques®, Kinesiotaping, Low-Tech Lumbar Spinal Stabilization Training, Managing Neck Pain Conditions, Evaluation and Management of Neck and Arm Pain, courses from the Titleist Performance Institute, and Taping and Support Techniques for Sports Practitioners. Dr. Stuber is an active health care researcher. He is an Adjunct Professor in the Division of Graduate Education and Research at CMCC and an Associate Editor of the Journal of the Canadian Chiropractic Association. In 2008 he was the recipient of the Canadian Chiropractic Association's Young Investigator Award. Dr. Stuber has published over a dozen research papers in several peer-reviewed journals including Spine, the Journal of Manipulative & Physiological Therapeutics (JMPT), the Journal of the Canadian Chiropractic Association (JCCA), the Journal of Chiropractic Medicine (JCM), Chiropractic and Manual Therapies, Chiropractic & Osteopathy, the Journal of Chiropractic Humanities, and Clinical Chiropractic on a variety of topics including: Pregnancy related low back pain management & the safety of chiropractic care during pregnancy, Diagnosis of sacroiliac joint injuries, Management of lumbar spinal stenosis, Sports injuries, biomechanics, and prevention, Supplement using for spinal arthritis, Research methods and Chiropractic continuing education. In addition, his work has been presented at several international research conferences. He has peer reviewed for JMPT, JCM, Chiropractic & Osteopathy, and the Association of Chiropractic Colleges Research Agenda Conference. Most importantly, Dr. Stuber is the proud dad of Morgan and Thomas, and he is happy to be a volunteer Coach Dad whenever possible.
Dr. Caterina Lerede - Chiropractor BSc, DC
Dr. Caterina Lerede was born and raised in Calgary. She obtained her degree in Cellular, Molecular and Microbial Biology from the University of Calgary in 1997 and went on to receive her Doctor of Chiropractic (Cum Laude) at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2002. Dr. Lerede enjoys treating a variety of patients and utilizes Diversified chiropractic technique, myofascial release/soft tissue therapies, home exercise prescription, and working with patients to develop healthy lifestyle habits to help them achieve and maintain their health goals. Dr. Lerede is a registered member of the Alberta College of Chiropractors and Canadian Chiropractic Association and a volunteer examiner with the Canadian Chiropractic Examining Board. Dr. Allykhan Lila - Chiropractor DC
Dr. Lila was born in Dar-Es-Saalam, Tanzania and moved to Calgary at a young age where he spent most of his life. After completing his high school education, he moved to Winnipeg, MB where he spent time studying in the field of Microbiology. To further his education he went to Toronto, ON to complete his chiropractic training at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He graduated with clinical honors and was on the Dean’s List for academic excellence. Dr. Lila uses an evidence-based, diversified approach to care that includes manual therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, instrument assisted manipulation, myofascial release therapy, and numerous other modalities to help his patients achieve optimal function and health. Dr. Lila has a special interest in working with all individuals struggling with complex conditions, pain, and dysfunction. Dr. Kait Chang - Naturopathic Doctor HBSc, ND
Dr. Kait Chang was born in Taiwan and raised in Calgary. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences and Psychology from the University of Toronto in 2009 and then Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Medicine in 2013. Dr. Kait is experienced in treating gastrointestinal disorders, food sensitivities, skin conditions, hormonal imbalance, subfertility, and post-partum recovery. In her practice, she often use acupuncture, drainage remedies and herbs to facilitate realignment and detoxification processes while supporting deficiencies using evidence-based nutritional supplementation and/or intravenous/intramuscular nutrition therapy. She is always curious about the root cause of her patients' illnesses and is committed to addressing them through education and counselling. Marjo de Wit-Presti - Registered Massage Therapist RMT
Marjo grew up in Southwestern Ontario and graduated from The D'Arcy Lane Institute of Massage Therapy in London Ontario in 2002. Throughout her Massage Therapy career she has worked closely with other Health Care professionals such as Physiotherapists and Chiropractors. Passionate about helping her patients achieve and maintain optimal health and well-being, she is always upgrading and adding to her massage skill set. She has provided Massage Therapy at National events such as the Canada Games, Tim Horton's Brier and for various sports teams. Marjo is a member of the MTAA and the CMTO and is looking forward to helping new patients achieve their optimal health. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, dog and hiking in the mountains.
Maher Kebbeh - Registered Massage Therapist RMT
Maher moved to Calgary 12 years ago from Ottawa after falling in love with the Rockies. He completed studies in massage therapy at Mount Royal University in 2018, and is a member of the Massage Therapy Association of Alberta. Maher uses a variety of techniques during his treatments including myofascial release, Swedish massage, sports massage, deep tissue, cupping, PNF, and joint mobilizations. He loves working with his clients towards reaching their health goals and values the multidisciplinary and collaborative model at Momentum. Maher enjoys working with young or old, from the highly active to the weekend warriors. He has worked for 3 years with youth on the Autism spectrum. Growing up, Maher ran track and played basketball. In his spare time he enjoys staying active, especially in the Rocky Mountains - hiking, camping, snowboarding and BC road trips.
Kathleen Keller - Pilates Director Rehabilitative Pilates Master
A former national level competitive gymnast, professional dancer and choreographer, she discovered Pilates through an injury in 1995. This shifted her path and she became multi-certified in all Pilates equipment apparatus and Mat by STOTT® (Toronto) and Polestar® (Hong Kong), and completed her Pilates Rehabilitation through The Method Center® (Vancouver). Kat is a Certified Fascial Fitness Trainer® with Dr. Robert Schleip (Germany) and a teaching assistant in Myofascial Movement for Thomas Myers -Anatomy Trains (Maine).
A Teacher-of-Teachers, Kathleen spent five years overseas. She introduced the first international level of Pilates Teacher Training programs, mentoring locals, teachers and physiotherapists in Malaysia, Indonesia and Spain. Today, she teaches workshops in Pilates, Self Myofascial Release (SMR), Posture Education and Myofascial Anatomy and Movement.
Kathleen's approach applies current research and practices in orthopedics, sports medicine and movement science, together with the evolved principles of Pilates Methods and SMR. Kathleen will work with you to achieve and excel in whatever physical fitness goals you desire, or whatever rehabilitative needs you might have.

Roxanne was born and raised in Calgary, and has worked with Momentum Health since 2013. She enjoys working at the front, ensuring a warm welcome and friendly finish to every visit our clients have, making them feel comfortable. She is very excited to expand her career with our team, while striving to make every experience exceptional for each client.
