Dr. Brad Fujimoto
- Chiropractor, Clinic Director

Dr. Brad Fujimoto grew up in the quaint town of Fernie British Columbia. After high school he then pursued further education at the University of Lethbridge where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree. Dr. Brad then ventured to Toronto where he studied at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and received his Doctor of Chiropractic in 2005. After graduating, Dr. Brad came to Calgary and practiced with Advantage Health and Symon's Valley Chiropractic for several years before joining the Momentum Health team. Dr. Brad is passionate about the health and wellbeing of his patients and takes the time to educate them of their ailments. He has many tools that he encompasses in his practice such as medical acupuncture, nutritional counselling, soft tissue therapy and many other modalities that will bring his patients back to optimal health. Dr. Brad is a registered member of the Alberta College of Chiropractors and the Canadian Chiropractic Association. Dr. Brad welcomes new patients and former patients alike and is looking forward to helping his patients feel their best.

Kirstyn Cahoon Richards
Physiotherapist (Pelvic Health, Pediatrics & Orthopaedics)

Kirstyn moved to Calgary in 2008 to pursue an education in Kinesiology and Physiotherapy. She graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelors in Kinesiology in 2012 and from the University of Alberta in 2014 with a Masters in Physical Therapy. For the last six years, Kirstyn has worked in the rehabilitation field and is interested in treating all ages and forms of injury. After her Masters, she became specialized in treating pelvic health disorders and pediatric patients. Her experience includes working with children in a hospital and school setting, treating all ages of orthopedic and neurological patients as well as treating pelvic health patients.

Dan Matchullis
- Physiotherapist

Dan graduated from the University of Manitoba with a Master of Physical Therapy degree after completing his undergrad in Biochemistry at the University of Winnipeg. He got involved in physiotherapy originally by volunteering for an acquired brain injury rehabilitation unit in Winnipeg, and has been interested in helping patients reach their full potential ever since. His current professional interests include orthopedics, sports medicine and research opportunities. Dan has always been interested in continuing education and is working through his manual therapy levels with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopedic Division. In his spare time, Dan takes to the outdoors to camp, canoe, backpack and downhill ski.

Kimberley Brydges
- Physiotherapist

(currently on maternity leave)

Kimberley graduated from the University of Alberta in 2012 with a Bachelors in Kinesiology, and in 2014 with a Masters in Physical Therapy. She has since had experience working abroad as a Physiotherapist in Australia. Kimberley has been working in the rehabilitation field for the past 5 years, and has a special interest in treating general orthopedic and sport-related injuries. To further her knowledge and skills as a physiotherapist, Kimberley has also completed further training in Orthopedic Manual Therapy, Dry Needling, and is certified in acupuncture with the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada. Outside of academics, Kimberley competed in the FIS circuit for alpine skiing, where she eventually went on to coach. While coaching, she had the opportunity to work with young athletes to develop appropriate pre-season training plans to ensure optimum return to sport from the off-season, and prevent any injuries that may stem from musculoskeletal imbalances. In her spare time, she still enjoys downhill skiing, as well as cross country skiing, hiking, biking, running, and pretty much anything outdoors!

Brett Henderson
- Physiotherapist

Brett began his post-secondary education at the University of Calgary where he completed a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Health Physiology. After graduating Brett went on to complete his Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta. Throughout his education Brett worked as a group fitness instructor for participants of all ages and fitness levels. He has always had a strong passion for active living, physical fitness and health promotion. Brett is very driven to improve his skill set and has pursued further education with the Canadian Physiotherapy Association’s Orthopedic Division and Acupuncture Canada. In his spare time, Brett enjoys playing an assortment of sports, outdoor activities and will never turn down the option to try something new.

Jenna Aiuto
- Physiotherapist (Pelvic Health)

Jenna graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology in 2014. She then moved to Glasgow, Scotland where she completed her Masters in Physiotherapy in 2016. Jenna's participation in Tier 1 soccer throughout her life led her to develop a strong passion for healthy living, active rehabilitation and a career in Physiotherapy. During PT school, Jenna completed her thesis on The Effectiveness of Pelvic Floor Muscle Training for the treatment of Urinary Incontinence. This research led her to pursue a speciality in Women's health to treat patients with pelvic pain, incontinence and prolapse. Jenna also has a passion for treating all musculoskeletal injuries and is certified n Functional Dry Needling. In her spare time, Jenna enjoys travelling, hiking, playing badminton and soccer and brushing up on her Fooseball skills.

Leah Peterson
- Physiotherapist (Coverage)
MScPT, BSc (Kinesiology)

Leah graduated from the Physical Therapy program at the University of Alberta after completing her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. She enjoys working with all patient populations, including athletes, post-surgical, joint replacements, and chronic pain. Leah has a special interest in treating dancers due to her personal experience training and competing in multiple styles of dance. Leah has been a patient herself in physiotherapy, both pre and post-surgery, and she is excited to bring this unique perspective into her practice.  She plans to complete further educational courses in dry needling, vestibular rehabilitation, and manual therapy levels. Outside of work, Leah enjoys participating in dance, spin, and barre classes as well as a variety of sports including volleyball and slow-pitch.

Dr. Scott Nicol
- Chiropractor
DC, MSc, BScKin

Dr. Scott Nicol was raised in Kelowna, BC and moved to Calgary after high school to obtain his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary. During that time, Scott had the privilege of competing as a varsity Track and Field middle distance runner where he won numerous CIS medals, set a school record and was the team captain for his final three years. Dr. Nicol then moved to Portland, OR where he graduated from the University of Western States with his Doctor of Chiropractic degree as well as his Masters of Science in Exercise and Sports Science. Dr. Nicol uses an evidence-based, diversified approach to care that includes a number of different techniques to aid his patients. Along with manual therapy, he uses Graston, Activator methods, numerous modalities and is full body certified in Active Release Technique (ART®). Dr. Nicol has a keen interest in working with all individuals struggling with pain or dysfunction and is eager to provide long-lasting relief, helping all his patients reach optimal health.

Dr. Damen Jodoin

Damen was born and raised in the small town of Brockville, ON. He became interested in the science of human movement and pursued a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Canada in 2007. Damen continued his studies at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College, where he graduated in 2014.
Outside of work, Damen enjoys anything and everything motorcycle related, so feel free to strike up a conversation that involves riding. He also enjoys weight lifting at the gym and loves to talk about emerging research and practices.

Carla Hampshire
- Registered Massage Therapist

Carla Hampshire has been a registered massage therapist and reflexologist since 2002. She is a member of the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada Association (NHPCA) and is recognized as a 2200 hour practitioner, a qualification generally required by insurance providers. She offers therapeutic, relaxation, prenatal and sports massage. She helps relieve a variety of conditions such as: sciatica, whiplash, chronic muscle tension, and TMJ dysfunction. Carla enjoys working with clients of all ages. She is also a certified holistic nutritional consultant, personal trainer and a professional bodybuilder. She is married, has 6 children and 5 grandchildren. 

Carla is the author of the book, HEALTHY BODY FOR LIFE - A Guide for Women Over Forty, which is available on her website at, on Amazon and right here at the clinic.

Christina Ergang
- Registered Massage Therapist

Christina Ergang is from Calgary Alberta. She has been working as a massage therapist for ten years and continues to love her profession. Christina graduated from Foothills College of Massage Therapy in 2004 after completing a 2200 hour advanced massage therapy course. Christina is a member in good standing with the Natural Health practitioners of Canada Association and has been since 2003. She specializes in therapeutic and relaxation massage and incorporates cranial sacral, myofascial, shiatsu, and reflexology techniques into her treatments which she has learned from different work shops. Christina is certified in contemporary cupping, advanced cupping, and cupping for sinus problems through the International cupping therapy association. In her spare time, she enjoys bike riding and martial arts.

Jocelyn Walker
- Registered Massage Therapist

Jocelyn graduated from Mount Royal University June of 2014 with her 2200 hour Massage Therapy Diploma. Jocelyn has always taken an interest in the health and wellness industry. She enjoys meeting new people, hiking, biking, reading, travel, learning new things and spending time with family.

Sarah Bischke
- Registered Massage Therapist

Sarah Bischke has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2002. Originally from BC, she moved out to Calgary to work as a Physiotherapy Assistant and went on to complete the 2200 hour Massage Therapy program at Foothills College of Massage Therapy in 2002. Sarah is a member in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada(NHPC). She specializes in a variety of massage therapy styles and techniques including therapeutic, relaxation, pre & post natal, myofascial release and sports massage. Sarah has worked with the team at Momentum Health for many years and values the multidisciplinary approach they offer. She enjoys yoga, running, strength training and hiking & camping with her husband and two young children.

Jenna Greenough
- Registered Massage Therapist

Jenna attended St. Francis Xavier University, where she obtained a degree in Kinesiology. Following that, she attended The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in Halifax, Nova Scotia. She moved to Calgary to further pursue her career as a Massage Therapist. She is a member in good standing with the Natural Health Practitioners of Canada. Outside of work she enjoys spending time outdoors, spending time with friends and family, reading and traveling.

Eden J. Fehr
- Registered Massage Therapist

Eden Fehr was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. Always looking for ways to improve the health and wellness of individuals around him, he completed his initial education in Social Work at MacEwan University, with a particular interest in Mental Health and Addictions. Eden moved to Toronto, Ontario in the summer of 2013 and while there, decided to go back to school, completing the 2200 hour Massage Therapy Diploma program at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. During the program, Eden learned a variety of techniques and treatments including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, fascial work, prenatal massage, hydrotherapy, and TMJ/Intra-Oral massage. Shortly after graduating from the program in May of 2017, Eden moved to Calgary where he is now a member in good standing with the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta.  When he is not working, Eden enjoys activities such as cycling, working out at the gym, cooking/baking, and attending various events in and around town with his partner, friends, and family! Eden acknowledges the fact that along with the physical benefits that massage can provide to a person’s general aches, pains, and even more serious conditions, there are a variety of mental health benefits that come with a massage therapy treatment as well! Masayo Kawai
- Registered Massage Therapist

Masayo was born and raised in Japan. She moved to Calgary 5 years ago after living in the United State for 11 years with her husband and 2 daughters. Masayo has been working in the holistic health and wellness industry as a Certified Yoga Instructor for years. After many years of teaching, she realized that she desired a more in-depth understanding of how the body works in order to reduce the risk of injury and help with recovery in her clients. After visiting Thailand to take a course in Traditional Thai massage she became fascinated with hands on healing touch which helps physically and psychologically. After that Masayo decided to go to school at the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy and graduated in 2017 as a 2200 hour Registered Massage Therapist. Masayo is a member in good standing with Remedial Massage Therapists of Association. When she is not working, Masayo likes practicing Yoga daily to change her life in a positive way. Masayo is grateful to be able to share her passion and help others.

Alicia Bryan
- Kinesiologist

Alicia was born and raised in Kelowna, BC and completed her Bachelor of Human Kinetics Degree at the University of British Columbia – Okanagan in 2015. Since then, she has worked with multiple sports team as an athletic trainer, including the UBCO Heat Men’s Soccer team, Okanagan Hockey Academy and Pursuit of Excellence Hockey Academy with injury prevention and treatment to acute on-field injuries. She has been an employed kinesiologist for 3+ years and has worked with many health care professionals along the way. Alicia has a strong passion for functional movement and active rehabilitation and is excited to progress her knowledge with Momentum Health. Alicia enjoys snowboarding, adventuring, running and watching just about any sport you can think of!

Amy MacDonald
- Kinesiologist

Amy pursued her post-secondary education at the University of Alberta in Edmonton where she obtained her Bachelor of Kinesiology degree with a concentration in Physical Activity and Health. After graduating in 2015, Amy worked within private practice to gain both hands on experience and knowledge in the kinesiology field. Amy believes in a holistic approach to rehabilitation with a strong emphasis on exercise. Amy looks forward to advancing her knowledge in manual therapies, modalities, and exercise techniques. Amy grew up playing both indoor and beach volleyball and continues to enjoy an active lifestyle by spending time outdoors and going to the gym.

Caroline Meert
- Kinesiologist

Caroline pursued her post-secondary education at the University of Lethbridge, obtaining a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Kinesiology. During her program she had the opportunity to work as an Athletic Therapist for the Lethbridge Pronghorns,where she found her passion in helping people prevent and recovery from injuries. Caroline looks forward to advancing her knowledge in manual therapies, modalities and exercise techniques. Caroline grew up on a ranch just west of Cochrane and is an active member in the rodeo community.

Dr. Jessica Fujimoto
- Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Jessica completed a four-year undergraduate program in Anatomy and Cell biology from the University of Saskatchewan in 2003, and studying the human body in great depth furthered her desire to pursue a career in healthcare. She graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto in 2007 and moved to Calgary where she started working in multi-disciplinary clinics. She has been a member of the AANP (Alberta Association of Naturopathic Practitioners) now known as the CNDA (College of Naturopathic Doctors of Alberta) and the CAND (Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors) since December 2007. She has completed additional post-graduate training in Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, and will be completing her Prolotherapy training in the fall of 2014.Dr. Jessica has a special interest in the practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine, using acupuncture and Chinese herbs, but also utilizes her training in botanical medicine, orthomolecular medicine and nutrition to help reach health goals.Her general practice focuses on ailments such as sleep disturbances, digestive concerns, food allergies/sensitivities, seasonal allergies, depression, anxiety, weight management and stress.

Peggy Tham
- Office Manager

Peggy Tham grew up in Sudbury, Ontario. After finishing school in Ontario and graduating from the Hotel and Restaurant Management Program, she moved to Banff to work at the Banff Springs Hotel and then later moving to Calgary. With many years of experience in customer service and administration, Peggy joined the Creekside team in 2010 and is the Office Manager for our Creekside Clinic.

Brittany Thanasack
- Office Administrator

Brittany was born and raised in Calgary. She graduated from Bow Valley College with a Medical Office Assistant Certificate. Brittany enjoys working in the medical field and providing optimal care and customer service. She has a passion for fitness and training. When she is not at the gym, Brittany enjoys playing basketball and going on hikes.

Tijana Ljuboja
- Office Administrator

Tijana moved to Canada from Belgrade, Serbia in 2015. She graduated with a Bachelor degree in economics from the University of Belgrade. While in Europe she worked as an accountant in Serbia and had training in Germany. Tijana came to Canada looking for new opportunities to add to her extensive background and is excited to become part of the Momentum Health Team.

Disha Aggarwal

Disha is excited to join the Momentum Health Creekside team. She is currently completing her BEd from Mount Royal University, as well as a minor in general science.  Disha loves helping and working with others. She has several years of experience in customer service. In her free time, she likes to read, volunteer, and spend time with her family.
