Alisha Mohamed-Kassam - Physiotherapist, Clinic Director PT, MScPT, CAFCI
Alisha graduated with her Masters in Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2012. She also completed her Bachelor of Science at the University of Alberta. Alisha is also certified to practice acupuncture. Some of Alisha's future career endeavors include becoming certified for spinal and peripheral manipulations. Before beginning her physical therapy training, Alisha worked as an Exercise Therapist, as well as a trainer and coach for multiple men's, women's, and youth ball hockey teams. Along with ball hockey, Alisha has played competitive soccer, volleyball, and basketball. She also enjoys snowboarding, skating, hiking, boxing, running, and travelling.
Kimberly Nguyen - Physiotherapist (Intern) MScPT
Kimberly graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. Previous to this, she has had experience working alongside multidisciplinary teams to provide physiotherapy and occupational therapy related rehabilitation to persons with acquired brain injuries. Outside of academics and work, Kimberly helps manage her small business ventures and enjoys staying active, being outdoors, and spending time with friends and family.
Brendan Warawa - Athletic Therapist and Kinesiologist B.Kin, CAT(C)
Brendan completed his undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary and Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy at Mount Royal University. Brendan has worked with a wide variety of athletes, weekend warriors, and sports teams, specifically the U of C’s basketball and hockey programs. Brendan has a true passion for helping people return to their highest level of activity and meeting individual goals. In his spare time, Brendan enjoys spending time with his family, friends, camping, fishing, hiking, and anything else that gets him outdoors.
Tammy Giordano - Kinesiologist BKin.
Tammy pursed her post-secondary education at the University of Calgary where she obtained her Bachelor of Kinesiology. Born and raised in Chestermere, she enjoys spending time on the water. Tammy is excited to join the Ogden team and looks forward to learning and growing as a kinesiologist.
Dr. Allykhan Lila - Chiropractor DC
Dr. Lila was born in Dar-Es-Saalam, Tanzania and moved to Calgary at a young age where he spent most of his life. After completing his high school education, he moved to Winnipeg, MB where he spent time studying in the field of Microbiology. To further his education he went to Toronto, ON to complete his chiropractic training at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. He graduated with clinical honors and was on the Dean’s List for academic excellence. Dr. Lila uses an evidence-based, diversified approach to care that includes manual therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue therapy, instrument assisted manipulation, myofascial release therapy, and numerous other modalities to help his patients achieve optimal function and health. Dr. Lila has a special interest in working with all individuals struggling with complex conditions, pain, and dysfunction. Dr. Lila is passionate about the overall health and wellbeing of his patients. Not only does he treat his patients with the best care possible, but he also educates them on their ailments and how to take preventative measures. Dr. Lila is a member of the Alberta College of Chiropractors and the Canadian Chiropractic Association. Dr. Lila welcomes new patients and former patients and is looking forward to being a part of your personal health care team.
Jon-Michael Bertoli - Registered Massage Therapist RMT
Jon-Michael was born and raised in the beautiful Okanagan city of Kamloops, British Columbia where he played a variety of competitive sports such as hockey, lacrosse, and volleyball. In 2010, working as a labourer for his grandparent's construction company, Jon-Michael decided that he wanted to pursue a different career path. In deciding, he chose massage because he had watched his father’s body deteriorate from working in the construction industry and wanted to eventually help him. In 2011, moved to Calgary to attend school for massage therapy. Jon-Michael is passionate about making a difference in people's lives and helping clients achieve their goals. He believes in treating the cause of each patients’ concerns to alleviate or eliminate the symptoms by using a variety of techniques that he has learned not only in school but in his own practice. Also as a part of the treatment he provides his clients with a very detailed home care regiment such as stretching and strengthening exercises and the use of hot and cold therapy to increase the efficiency of treatment. He provides a welcoming, safe and relaxing environment for treatment. When he isn’t working or spending time with family and friends, Jon-Michael enjoys cooking, working out, yoga, and walking his puppy Lola.
Matthew Roy - Registered Massage Therapist RMT
Matthew grew up in BC before moving to Calgary to complete his 2,200 hour massage therapy diploma at Mount Royal University. He has always been passionate about the healthcare industry and massage therapy has been the perfect fit. Before beginning his schooling in massage therapy, his post-secondary schooling began with a biology and science focus. Now he brings this focus on anatomy and physiology to the treatment room. He believes that working with clients to create an effective treatment plan is the best way to deal with tough conditions. On top of the relaxation and therapeutic skills he acquired at Mount Royal, Matthew is also certified in level 2 lymphatic drainage techniques, a modality he plans to continue to study. In his free time he loves going to concerts, skiing, hiking, and exploring the Rockies. Matthew focuses on creating a positive and professional atmosphere and looks forward to helping you with your healthcare goals!

Kirsten Franssen - Office Manager
Kirsten was born and raised in Calgary and has worked in the healthcare field since graduating with her medical office administration diploma in 2013. Kirsten brings many years of customer service and patient care experience with her. She is looking forward to building a rapport with the Ogden patients; engaging with them to ensure every visit is a positive experience. In her free time, Kirsten can be found spending time exploring the Rockies with her family and dogs.
Reiann San Pedro - Office Administrator
Rei was born in the Philippines but moved here at a young age. She developed a love for the health care field from family who have worked in the field for many years. Rei graduated from the Licensed Practical Nursing program in 2019, and on top of working for Momentum Health Ogden, she also works at Peter Lougheed in a Hematology/Oncology unit as a nurse. She is wanting to go back to school to eventually complete her Registered Nursing degree in hopes to work in the Emergency Department. Rei looks forward to meeting and working with practitioners, as well as patients to get them back to where they use to be, if not, better.
Marjorie Luzentales-Simpson - Office Administrator
Marjorie is Philippine-born Chinese and immigrated to Canada as a toddler. After attending MRU and earning her Diploma, Marjorie remained busy raising her four children and volunteering extensively. With over 20 years of experience as a senior level executive assistant and an expertise in Project and Administrative Coordination in Health Care environments, Marjorie looks forward to working with the patients and health care professionals at Momentum Health and Innovative Sport Medicine. She has a passion for learning and continues to pursue further education when possible. Marjorie enjoys her free time with her children and two grandchildren.
