Registered Massage Therapist
RMT

Steph is a Manual Osteopath who has been working in the healthcare field for the last 30 years, she is truly gifted with her hands and healing energy. Her knowledge of the body and what the tissue should be feeling like and moving is second to none. Her passion is to help others and to assist in the process of self-healing.

Being a master of craniosacral and fascial release techniques allows Stephanie to help you get to the root cause of your physical pains, misalignments and mobility issues especially around conditions such as headaches, migraines, whiplash, concussions, TMJ dysfunction, tennis and golfer’s elbow and hip pain.

Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, noninvasive and hands-on treatment that may provide relief from pain by releasing tension in your body’s connective tissue. This is especially helpful with head and neck injuries and concerns.

Advanced Fascial release is good for pain that comes from myofascial tissues – the tough coverings that wrap, connect and support muscles. Massage and stretching used in myofascial release therapy can help loosen muscles and joints. This may indirectly ease neck, back and extremity pain.

Stephanie loves taking the time to help people heal and aid in their recovery so they can live their best life.

Long Kim (Ken) Nguyen

Long Kim (Ken) Nguyen
Physiotherapist
BKin, MScPT, CSEP-CEP

Ken graduated the University of Alberta physiotherapy program in 2016 and has been fine tuning his practice in the orthopaedic setting since. He has worked at a busy sport medicine clinic for over four years helping recreational to professional athletes return to sport from a chronic tendonitis injury to a complex ACL reconstruction repair. He enjoys using biomedical dry needling with manual and manipulative therapies to drive healing forwards, but he finds these passive treatments alone rarely will get a client back to their occupational or recreational sport successfully. That is why he will always pair easy active exercises and drills to continue to optimize recovery and push athletic performance forwards.

When he is not in the clinic, you can find this Calgarian-born helping out the Calgary Police Fitness Unit as an on-call instructor. Ken enjoys staying active by running away from mosquitoes, blackflies and bears during his backcountry camping adventures and enduring the occasional half marathon or trail race for the bonus free swag at the end.
